Class Agents Program

Be a Part of the Newly Launched Class Agent Program at Saint Joseph's!
 
As a class agent, your efforts will help strengthen a sense of community among your classmates. Our goal is to have one or two members of each class serve as an agent and be an active part of this program.



Agents are volunteers who act as a liaison between their classmates and Saint Joseph’s. The purpose of the program is to improve and maintain the personal relationship among members of each class and between alumni classes and the College, and to increase the percentage of alumni who participate in the Annual Fund.

Responsibilities of class agents include:
1. Corresponding with classmates throughout the year
2. Generating enthusiasm and support for alumni initiatives
3. Gathering contact and personal information from classmates
4. Keeping classmates informed about what is happening on campus
5. Building alumni participation in the Annual Fund within your class

Specific duties include:
1. Informing classmates on current news at SJC and providing feedback to interests/ concerns
2. Encouraging classmates to participate in the annual fund
3. Thanking classmates for their participation in the Annual Fund
4. Contacting classmates to promote attendance at alumni events
5. Leading by example by contributing to the annual fund with your own gift
