First Time Login Help

How to Find Your Constituent ID Number:

If you have a piece of mail from SJC, look above the address label. Every Saint Joseph's College of Maine Magazine and many alumni publications have the number listed:

10000001 (This is your constituent ID.)
Ms. Jane Smith
123 Whites Bridge Road
Standish, ME 04084

Once you have this number:
1. Type your current last name in the name box here on the first time login page
2. Find your name in the directory results and click "Next"
3. When prompted, enter your constituent ID from your piece of SJC mail and click "Verify"
You are logged in!

Once you have successfully logged in, please create a password and username for your future use of the ROCK.



Why isn't my last name listed?
If you typed in your married name try your maiden name. On occasion SJC does not receive notification that an alumna has married and changed her name so her login would be for her former name.


I can see my name in the directory but why can't I select it from the list?
If you have logged in before then you will not be able to complete the first time login process a second time. You may need to reset your password - click here for the link on the ROCK login page.

If you did not create a username during your first login, fill out this help request form. Your request will be sent to the alumni office for their help and replied to during our next business day.
