How do I register?
If you have not logged in before:
- Click the First Time Login link on our homepage
- Find your name in the alumni directory.
- Confirm your identity with your ID number (see next answer).
- Create your unique username and password.
Please note: If you do not create a username and password then you will need to contact the alumni office for them to create one for you.

When I try the first time login I see my name but can't select it. Why?
If you have completed the first time login once then you cannot complete it again.
Try the "Forgot your Username?" or "Reset Password" links here to login.
I don't have a piece of mail from SJC, how do I get my ID?
Email the alumni office and we can provide you with your unique ID number to login for the first time.
What if I forget my username or password?
Click on the "Forgot your Username?" or "Reset Password" links at the bottom of the login screen. Fill in your email address when prompted on the next page. You will receive an automated email with a temporary password. Use this password to login, then change your password.
What if I forgot both my username AND password?
You can always contact the alumni office to request your username and password be reset. The alumni office responds to email Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
What if I don't have a username or password?
If you didn't create a username or password during your first login, you will not have one created for you. Contact the alumni office to set this up: alumni@sjcme.edu
Why is my mailing address incorrect? Why is my married name not listed?
If we do not have your latest address information or current name in our database, this information will not be in our online community.
You can update your information by logging in and clicking "My Account" link on the left side of the top bar of the page. This will open your "Edit My Info" page. The changes you make on this page will appear in the online directory when you complete the form and the information will forward to the alumni office.
Does the SJC alumni office receive my updated information?
Yes, all information that you update on this site will automatically be sent to the SJC alumni office.
Can I remove my information from the online community?
Login and open your "Edit My Info" page, check the information you want to share with the community. As soon as you submit this page, your information will be updated.
If you wish to be hidden from the community, do not register online. Your name will be listed as a member of your class, but no other information will be available to community members.
If you are not able to modify your profile, let us know.
