Thursday, July 31
Free van service from SJC to the cruise terminal to depart campus at 4:15pm. Registration required and space is limited. There is no charge for the shuttle .
6:30 to 9:00pm Select the number of people attending the Welcome Back Cruise of Casco Bay on Casablanca Cruises with entertainment by the Time Pilots. $10/ person with event proceeds to benefit the creation of the Alumni Association Endowed Scholarship Fund. This event is 21+ so please have your I.D. ready at boarding.
Shuttles will pick up in front of Ri Ra in Portland. First shuttle to leave at 9:30pm.

Friday, August 1
8:00 to 10:00am Select the number of people attending. Breakfast is included for those staying on campus. Walk-in cost is $5 per person.
9:00 to 10:00am A morning fitness routine in the dance room of the Alfond Center.
9:00 to 10:00am Meet at Alfond Center for this cross country run or walk at your own pace.
9:30am to Noon Includes 30 minutes of instruction, and two hours on the water. Fee is $20 per person and supports the development of the Outdoor Program at the College. All equipment is provided, please bring your own water. Sessions are limited to 8 spots, and are weather dependent. Meet at Xavier parking lot.
Shuttle departs campus at 9:30am to return by 4:00pm and leave Portland at 2:30 to return to campus. Reservations are required as space is limited. No charge for this shuttle.
10:00am Leaves from St. George Hall.
2:00-3:00pm In Alfond Hall Lecture Hall.
4:00-5:00pm Select number of people attending. Meet in the alumni office.
5:30 to 7:30pm On the College's beach. Adults are $12 per person.

6:00 - 10:00pm in the Tent in front of Xavier Hall. Select the number of adults (over 12 years old) having lobster at the Alumni Awards & Lobster Bake, $25 per person.
6:00 - 10:00pm in the Tent in front of Xavier Hall. Select the number of adults (over 12 years old) having chicken at the Alumni Awards & Lobster Bake, $20 per person.
